I’m fine with that. It’s a true folk album. Don’t mind the drum machine. It’s made for no cash and that’s cool with me. Think the band mentality is a thing of the past and again all good.
First few listens I was a bit like a few posting on here but give it a few repeated chances and it does begin to resonate. It’s pure psychedelia in places, punky in others but overall a very gentle experience. The Aberfan track is a thing of beauty. Well done Copey - maybe we can get that ‘20 tour finished, eh?
Quite rite, Drudeawakening. I (Mr Holman) do not appear on this album, nor been any part of the recording or writing. I live some distance from JC and over the pandemic, it’s just not been possible to persue the norm from the last few albums.
