In europe you have the label we are on which is Nasoni records which also have the great 'Vibravoid', Polytoxicomane philharmonie', Atomic workers

Also Elektrohasch which is the home to Causa Sui, Colour Haze etc

Also another great band 'On Trial' on Tee pee records/Bad afro they are from Copenhagan

Roadburn website is a good place to check out these bands as well as Aural Innovations

There's good stuff eveywhere

And yes Titan are great
