That sounds very nice moss.

If I remember correctly if the dragon has five claws it's an imperial dragon :-) Some Far Eastern painters refused to paint both eyes of the dragon in case it flew away - so if yours has only one eye that's the reason. And if it's holding a ball that's probably a lightning ball... I'll stop now... :-)
