It was a very good picnic, so thank you to Littlestone for suggesting it. We sat amongst sheep pats and stones and after all that stick waving talk from Littlestone and Nigel, they were as meek as the sheep around and did not attack the general public (who were there in abundance) for maltreating the stones. The only person who did turn up with a stick was Goff, who had hurt his knee, I think from dancing the night away before.
