Music For Pleasure's pub-rocky and sounds a bit like Eddie and The Hot Rods

Oh no it doesn't!

I am going off memory there, I handed mine on a couple of years back. I had Problem Child in mind when I wrote that, but I thought Stretcher Case and One Way Love in particular were pretty great. I'd say it's, naturally, a great place to go for anyone who wants more of the Damned Damned Damned stuff.

I'd also like to stick a thumbs up on Captain Sensible's solo stuff too. He deserves a legacy beyond just Happy Talk and The Snooker Song.

As for the Jack and the Beanstalk album, for anyone that missed it, now I'm sober it's a bit clearer: I passed this one on too but I recall the inlay saying at this point the only band members remaining were Vanian and Scabies; they'd managed to snag some studio time in Europe, meaning a lot of it was written during and around the actual recording. I didn't consider it bad by any means, just neither here nor there considering how much presence they previously had.
