As it is actually 3rd Oct now, rather than a few days before....

I've not been well this week (nasty nasty chest infection), but I've managed to listen to a few things.

ZZ Top - Tres Hombres
Got this after Vybik mentioned them lately. Quite fun, but not as rockin' as I'd hoped. Which one next i wonder? I'm not familiar with their LPs.

VDGG - World Record & Godbluff
Enjoying these more and more as I get more familiar with them, particularly World Record.

High Wolf - Shangri L.A.
Oneohtrix Point Never - Returnal & Rifts
Mark Mcguire - Tidings/Amethyst Waves
Popul Vuh - In the Gardens of Pharao/Aguirre
Soft Machine - Third

David Sylvian & Holger Czukay - Plight & Premonition
I'd forgotten how gorgeous this is. Will be listening to this and Flux & Mutability more over the next few days.

Good bits and bad bits, but pretty enjoyable.

Status Quo - Dog of Two Head
Re-evaluating this. Enjoying it more now.

Blodwyn Pig - Ahead Rings Out
Got this coz I remembered Sing Me A Song That I Know from an old sampler (Nice Enough To Eat), but the rest of the record hasn't lived up to my expectations so far.
