Presumably Sunday is a day of religiously observed silence in your home, with no music played at all? And Saturday night as well for that matter?

OK. I'm not being arsey, as it doesn't really matter, but is the soundtrack of our lives thing inclusive of the last date or not? Like, I usually post Sunday night or Monday morning to include what I've listened to on the last day of the week. But maybe I've got it wrong. And I know people have been through this before, but the threads seem to be starting earlier and earlier again. But as I said, not trying to be arsey or anything.

Been blasting stuff at work non-stop with nary a thought as to the customers' sensibilities, so this week's listening's been particularly great and eclectic. Also getting to rummage in a friend of a friend's music collection while looking everything up on the internet the other day was quite a holy experience. Most interesting taste I've ever seen. Copied myself about 20 albums. Various Artists - Freedom, Rhythm, & Sound: Revolutionary Jazz & the Civil Rights Movement 1963-82 (Can't overstate how much I adore this compilation of soul jazz by Soul Jazz) Juan Atkins - 20 Years Metroplex: 1985-2005 Jane Weaver - The Fallen By Watch Bird (Cheers, Ming man. Loving this) Datblygu - The Peel Sessions 1987 - 1993 (The Welsh Fall) Curtis Mayfield - Curtis Live Bogshed - Let Them Eat Bogshed We - As Is Franco Battiato - Clic Hasil Adkins - Chicken Walk Eiko Ishibashi - Works For Everything Toumani Diabaté - New Ancient Strings George Russell - Electronic Sonata for Souls Loved by Nature Metro Area - Metro Area Kitchen and the Plastic Spoons - Best Off Night Shadows - The Square Root of Two (Better than The Seeds?) Hans Edler - Elektron Kukéso Vasilisk - Liberation and Ecstasy The Yummy Fur - Night Club Ben and the Platano Group - Paris Soul Smokey Robinson & The Miracles - Anthology Alfred Schnittke - Symphony No. 1 Tsigoti - Private Poverty Speaks to the People of the Party (Probably in my Top 10 for 2010) EDIT: Youtube link
