No I don't know those others you mentioned, but I've made a note of them thanx.

Thought Neon Golden was one of the most unremarkable albums ever on first play. It just didn't do anything for me and then all of a sudden...WHOOSH!

Pretty heartugging in places. Played it to a big Beach Boys fan (apart from me) and he LOVED it.

What about Klaus Schulze's solo work? Any good / which ones?

Maybe they are only essential to those on a Neu! wavelength, but as KraftNeu! and their various tributaries in the Dusseldorf scene are my favourite branch of Krautrock, I'd still recommend the first two La D albums as essential, especially the debut, which I regard as being almost the equal of "Neu! '75". Same goes for the two Harmonia albums, and the first three Kraftwerk albums (and all the subsequent ones, for that matter, but they're not really Krautrock at all).

On Harmonia I agree with you: both albums are essential. My favorite is the first, but I also have the heretical view that "Deluxe" is better than "Neu! 75".

Irrlicht is the only one I've heard, but its well worth a listen. Hell, its essential!

Just been listening to Tarot AQ & appreciating it all as a whole trip. Your right CD1 then CD2 immediately after is the best way & then just bask in it sounds.

I am not aware of that poll. I don't normally read everything here. My choice would be 600 records all jumbled up and without any particular preference, I find that very hard to do.

Mooney's Delay, Monster Movie and some tracks from Unlimited Edition like the groovy Connection make a legendary Ur-punk macro-session triumphally concluded by You Doo Rite.
