And at the end of the day, nothing is going to change the fact that people DID die, that it WAS used as an excuse for Dubya to launch an assault on Iraq and it will, from here to eternity, be used as something to frighten the general populus with; THE TERROR THREAT.

And things DID go wrong; you had Dubya there when the news broke sat there like a stunned dumb rabbit in the headlights then muttering something incomprehensible about 'folks'.

And I'll never get over the fact they expected us to believe that they'd found somebody's PASSPORT. In the carnage that obliterated entire human bodies, a flimsy paper document survived AND provided conclusive proof of who did it!

See if we weren't treated like gullible idiots all the time, these conspiracy theories wouldn't abound, but it's amazing what the human imagination will come up with if allowed to run riot in an aftermath of misinformation...
