Re: sympathy for the black crowes

89'ish 1st album, read they were doing ''Dreams'', all the usual blather about the new future of rock, and i got a warmed over rehashed AC/DC lite with zero charm, plodding guitars and a pig awful Dylan cover, i found it all a good advert for packing in mainstream rock altogether. Over the years i have subjected to Amorica & 3 Snakes & a Charm and found them wanting to say the least. I won't dwell on the live album with Jimmy Page, the best i can say is it is an improvement over Coverdale Page.
They didn't do dreams either, bad night all round.
