The Planeten Sit-in reissue also sounds markedly different from the original (assuming the old Spalax CD I have was the original mix). There's no new material on that one, though. I haven't heard the recent reissues of Cosmic Jokers or Galactic Supermarket. The Freemans, via their comments on Discogs, speculate that these are not contemporary remixes, but alternate mixes made in the 70s that ultimately weren't chosen for the official mix. I do enjoy hearing these, but I'm not yet ready to replace my old Spalax versions with them yet. They still sound slightly "off."
