Yeah, I hope to get my DVD system back so I can hear my CDs in 5.1 again! (There's definitely a difference...) I just got a stereo-component CD burner so I'll probably burn alot of my favorite vinyl just to hear it on my DVD...

For some reason trying to quite smoking the evil weed (tobacco) is turning me into a mush brained hippy this week: Jefferson Starship -- Dragon Fly (1974), Red Octopus (1975), Baron von Yadayada (1973) -- dunno quite why I am interested in this mediocre 70's coke rock. But "Miracles" is even better than I remember it (rest of that LP sucks tho.) ELP - Welcome Back My Friends . . . (1974) only mananged side 4 this week, tough going due to Keith's "Piano Improvisations" and "Jeremy Bender / The Sherrif" -- egh! Sides 5 & 6 have the Karn Evil thingie, will put that on this week. Also Grateful Dead (Anthem of the Sun is their best album!), Quicksilver MS (Happy Trails of course), Blue Oyster Cult, Pink Fairies, Neil Young, Ice-T, Slick Rick, Egyptian Lover. Plus lots of video lately -- got all 4 "Billy Jack" DVD's & the first 20 episodes of "Strangers With Candy" for me birfday!

An amazing singer, beautiful fragile voice. I suppose 'And she closed her eyes' is a good starting point, it has her hit Little Star and loads of other lovely tunes.

I haven't heard the one you listed, but will have to investigate. I really like "Euterpe Sequence".
