He's such a cartoon baddy, I'm suspicious of what's really going on, here.

Ted Cruz is probably the only Republican candidate who is crazier and more dangerous than Trump. And he's the one who looks most likely to overtake The Donald. You gotta laugh.

Cheer up. If he's not selected he's got the dosh to run as an independent and wil split the vote if so, so Hillary'll get in and everything'll be just fine (cough)

nowt neu to report...

Did want to share with the pedant amongst us...

Matt Taibbi's excellent article

For me, Taibbi is spot on about quite a lot of things. I thot he did especially well during the huge collapse of the world's economies in 2007-8. He, again for me, can write about the complex financial crimes being committed in a way that makes sense. May not be everyone's cup of tea, but thot it worth throwing out there, as his language is much easier on the ayes than my tex-mex ancient pop mixed metaphor spanglish...

his twitter feed is worth a try:

i don't deux chomsky, never heard of alinsky, and never really "got" Hunter S Thompson...

It would be interesting if after all the bashing his popularity didn't suffer, maybe even rose.

Bernie, with his guns, does appeal to a lot of lefties who have been brought up in the gun culture.
Like the cowboy hippies on the back of the classic Quicksilver Messenger Service Happy Trails album.

You may remember the last NY Post story posted here, and what a hatchet job that was.....

The Post panders to barely literate cigar chomping neanderthals in wife beater t-shirts.

I have never actually bought a copy of the Post but I am a big Larry Brooks fan. Brooksie has been my lifeline to the Rangers since I first got on line. In my defence I never take the gossip column click-bait. Well, not unless Sean Avery in involved.
