None of this budget is in any way fair! About the 2 children cap! Is it a child's fault that the economy crashed? No it isn't, yet it's going to be the children that suffer, not the parents!

What if a child is born because the mother was raped? How does that factor into the equation? So here we have a child that was born from an act of hate destined to a life of extreme poverty!

Sorry, I fail to see how this can be construed as 'fair enough' in any way!
