Yeah, worked all over de Nederlands so i earned my cynicism but I'll try and be +ve.
The Dutch all speak perfect English when it suits them, although they couldnae understand a word I said since i've an accent. "Don't learn Dutch, learn English" I wis told. The Dutch aren't rude but they have no concept of politeness.
They do like the English, mainly because they hate the Germans that much.
If they are getting the 3% tax rate then they'll be ok, they can fly back here for medical treatment.
Theres a guid Moroccan coffeshop in Utrecht that serves the best mint tea and best rocky outside of Africa. Best club in Utrecht is Tivoli, though a bit young fer me. Where is 'just outside of Amsterdam'?
