There's this book by the number one remote viewer, Joseph McMoneagle, called The Ultimate Time Machine. He rv's the year 3000, and this is basically what he sees :

Big forests where there weren't any before
Lots of plant life and biodiversity
New cities, mainly inland - all circular in design
Large underground components to these cities
City populations are lesss than 200,000
One sixth of today's global population
Power from singularities in our universe but not of it
Religions not separate but considered part of the whole
No military
Criminals behaviourally modified (but benevolently, not brainwashed)
Technology seems invisible
Instantaneous communication wherever you are
Teleportation capability throughout the solar system
Travel to other areas of spacetime still being developed

Too bad we can't go there now!
