More 'Sciencey' Stuff

I got thinking about the stone I mentioned at Glencullen. Why would anyone bury 7/8ths of such an amazing stone? I have often pondered this but never REALLY thought about it.

Here's my question .....

If there was an underground stream nearby could the vibrations from this be enough to 'charge' the stone?
