Yes, and I found both the Christian and Muslim preachers that Dawkins interviewed genuinely scary - the Christian preacher especially had a manic glint in his eye and a grimace of a smile that reminded me of one I once saw on a dead dog. I need to go and check the recording but did Dawkins say that 45% of Americans no longer believed in the theory of evolution? That <i>is</i> scary. And that poor, sad but very brave and enlightened little group of atheists that he spoke to - they struck me as the only gentle and genuine people in the whole programme.
