I understand entirely you're reluctance. You're in a difficult position.
But I'm not in your position so I feel able to think and say it stinks, which I do. A couple of mentions last night and a resultant high profile question in Parliament next week and the thing could have been sorted. But someone somewhere wanted silence. We aren't well governed.
