funny you should ask that. i'm going to reply before i read the rest of the thread and see how many matches i get:

1 no nck blues band (freeform jamming, like jackie o motherfucker)

2 the notwist - neon golden. this year's flaming lips

3 the heads - new album, out april, supporting acid mothers in brum. stooges from bristol

4 wishbone ash - new england. better than the groundhogs? not really.

5 acid mothers - 41st century splendid man. one side rock out (average), one side freeform (wicked)

6 neil young - 17 songs from 17 albums. what it says on the tin. still in the top three of guitar players

7 fleetwood mac - tusk
