Why should you or anyone else give a flying one about who is singing or playing the blues or anything else for that matter as long as the music is good.
The music is either brilliant, shite, or somewhere in between. The rest is window dressing! Good music doesn't become bad because the performer doesn't fit into your view of who he/she should be!

Kirsty McColl. her voice just makes me shudder. I appreciate the folk stuff of her father but she has made some very tedious records. That voice just grates. vlad
