Danny Baker in one of his more lucid moments claimed to know th emeaning of Brain Salad Surgery and it was either sexual or drug slang going by his hints which have left me puzzled to this day...I think it is on a Dr John album also..anyone?

quite groovy actually imho... wingful of eyes is a belter, cat in clark's shoes is perky. not as bad as gazeuse which followed... now there's a shit album if ever i heard it. in fact, anything with allan holdsworth on should be attacked with the rough end of a pineapple. do you still have that pavlov's dog album?...

it's in my top 5 albums ever... i love it... can't defend it artistically, but sides 1,2 and 4 are fantastic. side 3's a mess i admit, but for melody and invention it's great. relayer's probably their masterpiece mind....
