Dave unwittingly had a nasty personal spat with Guess Who previously so my guess is it's highly likely he's unwilling to post while the other is hanging around.

We played a couple of really nice sets, at the weekend - selling out our last few remaining CD copies of that second album. Our next will be in Kidderminster on 26th September. http://glowpeople.files.wordpress.com/2015/04/babalseptember.jpg

Kid Calamity wrote: So, what are you lot all up to? I see Pursued By Trees has a project on, Kosmiche Boy too - but Squid's being a bit coy. I don't doubt for a minute he's idle, though. Naughty Nige? Ian B? Popel, Keith, Vince and Fred etc? We're all too polite and almost apologetic, for feAr of coming over boastful, I guess. Yet, ironically making the loudest godawful racket once the lights go on. Let's have an ego amnesty thread. Haha, as you pointed out I'm working on several new things at the moment, the main thing being a new ambient/90s style electronica project called 'geschwindigkeitsbeschränkung' which stemmed from a performance i did in the Sound Spiral 52 speaker installation last year. It's slow progress but getting there gradually, hoping to have some stuff ready for release soon. In the meantime i've been uploading the individual tracks from the shelved kosmischeboy album 'kollektiv' to bandcamp: https://kosmischeboy.bandcamp.com/track/spiritual-warfare https://kosmischeboy.bandcamp.com/album/faceless-killers https://kosmischeboy.bandcamp.com/album/eastern-eye https://kosmischeboy.bandcamp.com/album/fingersmith https://kosmischeboy.bandcamp.com/album/pushing-the-limits-of-words https://kosmischeboy.bandcamp.com/album/konfusion and a live EP: https://kosmischeboy.bandcamp.com/album/live-ep In addition i won the annual :Wumpscut: remix thing for the third year (2nd on the trot!) and had my track released on the CD version of the album which soared briefly in the Deutsche Alternative Charts earlier in the year. To celebrate I compiled an album of all my :Wumpscut: industrial mixes (including this years) here: https://kosmischeboy.bandcamp.com/album/kosmischeboy-vs-wumpscut-the-remixes-compiled I was mildly amused that it went up on Discogs almost immediately! And as ever a bunch of Temple Music Stuff (some of which features me) is available on the excellent Anticlock Records site, which also features some fantastic albums by Martyn Bates of Eyeless in Gaza: https://anticlock.greedbag.com/ There also is talk of a Black Tempest big band recording session at some point, when the three of us have room in our schedule! Proving to be a bit tricky to organise! So there you go! Enjoy and as always comments welcome. Look me up on the book of face to keep up to date! (as KC has done!) Love peace and synthesisers kB! x

A cool video my friend Daz did for the :Wumpscut: remix: https://youtu.be/V6f9LP6_lKA Using 'Split Scan' techniques to create video from still shots of my gear. He's a clever lad! ;0)

Hey, this is fast approaching, I'm going to be playing on at least one song and mangling Bond themes in a Spaceship style for the music between the acts. Come if you can, its free! https://www.facebook.com/events/829099717197869/ http://store.unionchapel.org.uk/events/7-nov-15-daylight-music-205-union-chapel/ :-)

I've just had a few days at Dave Anderson's Foel Studios with Peyote Guru ( http://peyoteguru.bandcamp.com/releases ). They're a core trio of fantastic muzos (Lee Russell ( https://peyote.bandcamp.com) Christopher Cambridge & Kev Hegan - who also plays with Nukli). As Peyote Guru they improvise live with an array of people from other bands, mainly at festivals. For this session they brought in myself on drums, Gregg McKella of Paradise 9 ( http://paradise9.net ) on clarinet, guitar and wibbly toys, Martin of Litmus ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Litmus_(band)) on keys, mellotron and bass guitar - and Mark Huxley of Nukli ( http://www.delerium.co.uk/bands/nukli/nukl_arc.html ) also on bass guitar. We just played and played and played.

I was thinking about getting some more manufactured, but think it might be good to move on, as we've a lot of new recordings piling up, that don't have a home. And there's still more coming. I'm looking into things ahead now, really. Live and recorded. Our friends in Seattle, Cosmic Primitive, still have a few physical CDs of both 'Things...' and 'Happen...' And are running a Bandcamp portal for electronic downloads of both. Actually check their site out for all sorts of delights! Things: http://cosmicdigital.cosmicprimitive.com/album/things Happen: http://cosmicdigital.cosmicprimitive.com/album/happen I have also created a Glowpeople Bandcamp site for stand-alone pieces: http://glowpeople.bandcamp.com

Here's a tantalising taster of what kinda things happened: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4TCOJafC5Ns In all, about ten hours of improvised music, sounds and noises were committed to ProTools.
