Yes - Progeny
Probably wont usurp Yessongs in my affections but there are enough unique elements in each of the shows to make the box worth the price of admission. I am a big fan of Bruford's playing but the sheer violence of the White / Squire rhythm section coupled with Howe's trebly attack is unlike anything else in rock. The separation in these mixes really emphasises that aspect and also helps clear a path between guitars and keyboards. It's for the most part the antithesis of pastoral, more Mad Max than Midnight Mushrumps.

The Roches - Keep On Doing
John Coltrane - Live In Paris
Art Ensemble - Nice Guys
Art Pepper Meets The Rhythm Section
Mingus - Changes Two
Duke Ellington - And His Mother Called Him Bill (Music Of Billy Strayhorn)
The Who By Numbers (Remastered)
The Who Sell Out
Nils Lofgren - Cry Tough
Fugazi - First Demo
Galley Beggar - Silence & Tears
Ruts D.C - Rhythm Collision Vol 1
