'A Passion Play' is a fine album. I've dug it since receiving it as a Christmas present in 1977 (how uncool was that) alongside The Ramones 'Rocket To Russia', Dylan's 'Bolnde On Blonde', the somewhat unexceptional Warsaw Pakt LP and what must've been one of the last remaining vinyl copies of John Martyn's first album. Variety was the spice of life in the Stoke household in those bygone days!

I've not heard the new mix of 'A Passion Play', and on the strength of the other Wilson 'update' abominations I've heard I'm not sure I want to. The original works a treat to these ears. And while I'm on my purist vibe, why has the font been changed on the LP? These things matter!
