Steppeulvene- Dig
Povl Dissing- 25 Minutter Endnu (compilation CD)
The Young Flowers- Blomsterpistolen
Savage Rose- S/T first album
Savage Rose- Dodens Triumf
Alrune Rod- Alrunes Rod, Hej Du, Alrune Rock
A good haul, of those I only have the Alrune Rod set - I listen to Hej Du most but there's good stuff throughout. Dodens Triumf is one I'd like to hear - wasn't it an opera, or based on a opera?
Not sure, but it sounds like it would make a good film soundtrack. I'm enjoying both the Savage Rose LPs, though the Alrune Road set is the best of the bunch so far. Young Flowers has its moments, but much of it is average blues-rock. Steppeulvene is kinda groovy Donovan-like folk-rock, and Povl Dissing is a mixed bag- typical for a compilation I guess- but I do like his full-on unhinged vocal style. Makes me wish I understood more Danish though.
