Fair do's. I feel that way about The Clash - who are the nearest equivalent in the Punk world, relatively speaking (or so I believe).
I can appreciate and understand what they were part of culturally etc, but I just hate their songs!

Not a big fan of that first Teardrops album in general. Sounds far too much like a chintzy midi version of Love or a mariachi orchestra crossed with a dirgey Post-Punk band. Really early stripped-down Teardrops I dig and everything Cope, but that album not so much.
