The bloom may be somewhat off for Phil.

While his last album 2002's Testify sold a 100,000 units in the UK for Gold

He did not reach his normal gold/platinum status in the US with Testify

Alot has changed in eight years and even less may be bought/sold,

Phil may be only another canary in the mine for the recording industry's plummetting fortunes.
