I bought Born to Run when I was 16 and loved it, but never really liked much since. I bought Darkness... but it didn't do a lot for me. Maybe it was cos my copy sounded quite murky, but then again the tunes weren't exactly memorable either IMO.

But Born In The USA? Hated it!

And yes, I probably missed the point, because I just saw a sweaty man in a white t-shirt and headband yelling the title and lots of screaming Americans in the audience punching the air. It might have been raucous, but it was tuneless drivel. And so I switched off and didn't listen.

Now I'm sorry I missed the point, but if someone wants to deliver a message they should at least make it listenable, and BITUSA was anything but to these ears. God, I hate that song!!
