After Chatsworth come down Topanga Canyon to the ocean to see a glimmer of what attracted the hippies there long ago. Its quite spectacular after the rains. I used to drive it to work and the lush canyon walls have many seasonal waterfalls on them that used to remind me of some Herzog rain forest setting.
