I wish I had been old enough to see The Who when Keith Moon was in them. Sadly I wasn't thought of then.

The one time I didn't go to 'the wall city club'- a (weekly) night with live bands at quaintways, chester in 1976- due to my older mates' hillman imp not functioning...
I missed 'em! shit!

THROBBING GRISTLE
I was in London (well Ilford actually) early january 1981, and had the intention of seeing them at the lyceum....what happened?.....
I decided to carry on with the drinking session at the Angel pub in Ilford instead.
What a clown! :-(

Not arsed about anyone else really, unless I had a time machine for the who (circa '65), the velvets ('66) bowie /roxy/stooges ('72)

I once made a gig after a similar heavy session once, SUN RA at the venue in london 1982.
A great night, but patchy memories!
