I disagree about "Last". I prefer it to "2nd", which sounds a little too Grateful Deady. I like "2nd"; it's just not as distinctive as their other work. In general, I wouldn't put Agitation Free at the top of my krautrock buy list.

Gila's "Free Electric Sound" is in many people's krautrock top 10. For me, it's a little odd: it doesn't sound like other music I regard as archetypically kraut. I think the mention of early Pink Floyd is apt, as the album reminds me of the bright primary colors of early British psychedelia, but mixed with long jams and even some African-sounding percussion at the end.

Witthüser & Westrupp is the best of the krautfolk camp. Get it.
