I heard a story about a friend of a friend who consumed an excessive amount of nutmeg cos it's supposd to have hallucinagenic properties. Knocked him out cold for some time by all accounts. Apparently the it is a hallucinagin, at least according to Wikipedia. So ban nutmeg too!
