HoD... that has always been the way surely? The solution must always lie with the problem (^_^)

I hope that one day, the menial tasks of the world ARE performed by machines; and that all of us will one-day work part-time for a DECENT living wage... happier peeps, less or zero unemployment, more "fluid and transient" money in the system due to peeps having more time to spend a decent wage.
