I do hope I didn't say anything that implied Glitter Sausages was bad for thining themselves Christian. I just thought that Glitter's stated beleifs were at odds with Christianity and demonstrated why it was so.
I admire Glitter's willingness to step away from a religion because it makes no sense, choosing love in the here and now over the viciousness of a god centuries past its sell-by date. But to claim such a position is Chrisitan is nonsense and that bubble needed bursting.
U-Know's a place for really picking ideas apart; I think we do a fine job of not writing each other off for having different opinions, of being clear it's the issue not the person that's being criticised, and of not letting niceness get in the way of something we think warrants justification or attack.
