I agree. I am a bi-sexual Xtian, I believe in homosexuality, sex before marraige and most sexual ethical issues. However, the bible was written so long ago and social times have changed. The main issue in the NT is agapea, and therefore if we are to love one another then doesn't that mean accepting social change, accpeting each other for who we are and other beliefs? My boyfriend is an atheist but somewhere in the OT it says that Xtains should only mix with Xtians, however isn't it a pure thing to try and convert non-Xtains? So if I cannot mix with non-Xtians how am I supposed to convert them? To be honest, I would never try and convert anyone, you believe what you believe but as a Xtain I still have a lot of issues with the Bible, more or less the same ones atheists do.
