unless they're seriously claiming there's been a 60% increase in cannabis use in that time, there *has* to be other factors at work.

I'd also point out that there's been a massive increase in peanut allergies in the last ten years, depsite no corresponding increase in peanut consumption. Ban these evil peanuts!
