Now, while I don't partake myself I admit that the more actual knowledge about the subject we have - as opposed to hysteria - the better. So this is a good thing.
But what I want to know is - how come one mental health charity makes a call for this to happen and suddenly the full weight of the Department of Health swings in and says 'yes, straight away!'
This sudden response seems most unlike the government I know - unless there's a movement that wants to recriminalise possession and consumption and is looking for an excuse and some scientific window dressing to back it up.
Or is that just hopelessly paranoid?
