We should be calling them the Parthenon Marbles to begin with, not after some colonial thief who wanted them for himself, but was forced by debt to sell them......

Indeed. Their current title doesn't tell you much about them, aside from anything else.

Tee hee sounds like a great meeting. Well yes OKwe did clean them all with a nice wire wool brush and some Ajax :) I didn't know it was a secret though I thought it was obvious. Anyway, it still probably hasn't done as much damage as the acid rain in Athens has done to the rest of them. And now we can all get together and use international expertise to sort them out. Perhaps. Judging from that report, perhaps not.
