I know what you mean, I used to make sure that I had at least one walk in the fells every week and need to get back to it and get rid of the remains of all those kababs and currys etc!!
Did you ever get up to Swinside Stone Circle?

Hey, just been checking your website, i think i might go one one of your tours, looks like fun and reasonable prices. Im a total megalith head who doesnt drive so they look ideal!!

Yes It's my favourite site anywhere. Huge stones in an amazing setting, surrounded by all thoses fells. I prefer it to Castlerigg because it is so isolated and doesn't attract thousands of casual site seers. Great energies as well. I have been up there for a Winter Solstice, but never a Summer, which is supposed to be the best as the sun rises through the portal stones. Maybe this year.
