Great idea :o) Anywhere further than Avebury (20 miles away) is an adventure for my car so I am happy wherever it is. Mind you I haven't been to many sites "Up North"!!!

To be honest, what I actually originally said when I suggested we all meet up was "I reckon it'd be nice if we all met up in Avebury again soon"! I fear I may be on the verge of losing control... ;o) G x

I fear I may be on the verge of losing control... ;o) Somehow Goff we have been here before with the B.........north/south division; Nigel lives in the centre - good old black country - what about his place ;) Options; 1) North 2)South; Dartmoor is a bit far for most I would have thought. 3) Avebury, Rollrights, or theres plenty of space at Stonehenge

You do seem to like the two extremes ! Nah, he's unidirectional on the quiet. He lives in Southampton and STILL manages to commute southwards every day!
