Just a supplement to my post..I really would love to meet up and talk/discuss this subject with you. Pick a public place, very local to you, give me a couple of date/time options.. and I will be there.

Correct me if I'm wrong but, I think I've covered this already, have I not?

"I don't have enough time in my life to do everything I want, need or have to do. Please desist with the lunch offers".

Got that?

As for your 'very poor response' comment; what the fuck is 'One nil' and 'Two nil' all about?

Now go and do your 'cake and mouse' homework...........and then feel free to have the last vacuous word on the matter, as is your want.

And sarcastically asking somebody if they have ever thought about anger management classes is civil is it? No. It's antagonistic.

Should I choose to reply (again) to somebody (who isn't you) asking them to desist from inviting me to lunch (again) in a firm (not angry) manor, then that is my prerogative.

Oddly enough, Keith, I've yet to see any post here criticise the police for protecting the public or helping the victims of crime.

What people tend to say here is that beating the crap out of peaceful protestors is a bad thing.

See there's a bit of nuance here. Criticising the fact that the police are a tool of the state, in order to maintain the staus quo is not quite the same thing as saying All Coppers Are Bastards.

Dunno if you bothered to watch the video posted here by Martase, about "lawful rebellion", but it put the dual role of the police into a very clear perspective.
