...and another thing. Whatever you may think about Copey's recent material in comparison with Cave's, there's no denying that Julian's vocal technique (in whatever guise he chooses to put it across) is a helluva lot easier on the ear and the senses than that tuneless sub-Iggy bass drone of Cave's. Sorry, but I just don't get it, much as I may admire some of his ideological stances. The fact that he's an egotistical arsehole also colours my opinion, mind.

Yeah, he can pen the odd decent song. But that voice - ugh.

Like I say, to each their own. My collection stays Nick-free until someone can convince me otherwise.
