Keep in mind that when it comes to concert tickets the worst touts these days are the artists and their management who budget to put x number of tickets on the grey market. Either that or the amount of money the artist wants for a show is so excessive that the promoter hedges their bets by gouging fans for the best seats via Viagogo or StubHub or whatever.
And that's before you get to the meet-and-greet "fan experience" packages that bands are so keen on these days.
