I had a bit of work so typically not enough sleep. To get me about I've listened to a lot of late Nico with the Faction live. The album "Nico behind the iron curtain" being the backbone and fleshing it out with various bootlegs of live shows of the time. Ending with a fine if technically flawed rendition of "Orly Flight" which she excuses by saying "I'm not a very good piano player" in her lovely unique manner. Saw her play in smackie Brixton just before she died. She was sitting in the bar with a pint before the show chatting to anyone who cared.
