There are quite a number i think.
I know there's a Neubauten set with Sehnsucht in and possibly a few other dates too.
I think there was a single NIck Cave &^The Bad Seeds one which has them doing I Put A spell On YOu which i loved live at the time.
THere's a Live Skull one with Somebody Else's Sweat and a few other titles in.

Last thing I heard of Peel Sessions was the Dead meadow thing that Cardinal Fuzz put out earlier this year.

There were several Loop ones which have augmented the cds that they put out over the last 5 years.

I have a book somewhere that has a list of sessions and tracks so i should probably give it a peruse. Not sure if it's late enough to be complete.

in the U.S. we had nothing like John Peel, sure there were local stations that may have promoted local and up and coming music but nothing comes close to the john peel show. My only experience with his show was import L.P.s that were sold in the states(and cost $$ at the time) things like tubeway army etc..

Peelie was a DJ in Dallas, Texas for a while. He even said he witnessed the assasination of JFK.

before my time for sure I was born that year also his radio show was not on the air in the Los Angeles area to my knowledge.

Fantastico. Thank you. I'm a Mogwai nut, and I didn't even know that version existed. Not strictly Peel, but this purchase may be the best money you could ever spend. Used, not from the rip off sellers.

An example.

The Spiritualized session from January 1992 is another belter. Contains full throttle renditions of "Angel Sigh", "Feel So Sad" and "Take Your Time" which rock many times harder than - and sound considerably different from - the versions of "Lazer Guided Melodies".

Fortunately they were released as B-sides on the "Medication" E.P., although you'd have to get both the 7" and CD versions to own them all. If you don't have those, it's here:

I don't know if you've ever saw JAMC live in their infancy, but this at least gives some kind of indication of how brutal they were (I think they layed off on the drugs that night). Amazing days! Bobby Gillespie on da drums too!

I think you can still buy the full shebang. Not sure though.
