By 74 any remaining believers in the media were heralding this as the final fag-end of the Stones as a vital force. 38 years later (!) it sounds fantastic. I've always liked It's Only Rock 'N Roll, too. I've been listening to a 1979 show (the Keith Richards Benefit) the past few days. It's not great quality, but it's worth a listen. Much rougher around the edges than I would have expected from that era. The closing Jumping Jack Flash is really pretty raw!

Incidentally, the four Stones are apparently making an unlikely appearance on The One Show later this week (Friday I think).
