Anybody know anything about if & when Apple are likely to reissue remastered versions of the cds?

spot on list!

(altho maybe i'd put "fly" at #1 + the 1st LP at #2 ... hair-splitting)

"two virgins", for all the comedy, is a bit crap really ... ditto "the wedding album"

i'm not brave enough nor have enough time to delve into her recent resurgence - any good in there?

Mmm gorgeous song. Second favourite Yoko track.

Which single was this the b-side to again?

Wahoo! Yoko Ono just answered one of my [admittedly total brown-nosing] questions.

http://imaginepeace.com/archives/12671

Q: How did you encourage John to produce such striking, cosmically forward-thinking guitar playing on your wonderful song Why? So many genres are forever indebted to you for your work on that Plastic Ono album and Fly.

A: "I didn’t encourage John to do that. His incredible sense of music made him realize that he had to play that way for that kind of sound."

It's still in my Top 10 songs of all time...

I stumbled across an original copy of Grapefruit lying on the shelves at Sussex University. When I found out that it was a first Wunternaum edition from about 1964 I had to hastily send them an email as a battered copy sold for £9000 whilst theirs was mint along with the last page saying to burn this book. It was part of the papers donated by the late Harvey Matusow.

Still haven't heard anything about this, assumed it must still be forthcoming and I've been getting bits of Fly popping up on the walkman recently which keeps reminding me of the question.

Aren't they eventually going to remaster all the Apple catalogue sometime soon?

Just found an EMI Apple UK vinyl pressing of Fly (better quality production) I have been looking years for this, most copies are on US Apple with corner or hole cut outs
