music needs to be promoted or it ends up being exclusivley for dweeb like collectors who claim to have been there first and "discovered" the band.

who's gonna go and see a band they have heard nothing by or about...stories sell rocknroll..artwork on the cover sells rocknroll..stories and artwork are all part of the marketing machine...whats the use of having a product nobody can find or buy?

how many folks heard the poppiness of hurdy gurdy man on pioughd then bought rembrandt pussyhorse...and all the other albums?
