My source tells me that analysis is only done (medically) in a lab in Liverpool and that samples of urine need to be taken within 3 days of last ingestion. As fitz states, LSD is not tested for in standard urine drug screens, and will not be done even if requested on a block request for drug screen unless it is clearly specified individually and the reason given (presumably to do with costs - perhaps unless you live in Liverpool?..). It can be detected in hair and nails for months afterwards, but this method of analysis is not clinically available and would only be used for research purposes. I am not sure what additional analyses are used by the police.
